Blocked Tubes

Well after trying for almost a year we decided to start fertility testing. My HSG came back with a block in my tube due to scar tissue. Has anyone dealt with this and still been able to get pregnant? Did you try IVF or artificial insemination? My heart is so broken today and I just feel incomplete. Guidance appreciated.
