So I invite my MIL down whenever she wants to come. She can stay however long she wants (well, a week... TOPS!!!) and we try to go visit them as often as we can. They live about 5 hours away. She just asked if they can come get our son for a couple days and bring him back to their house and I said I don’t feel comfortable with it yet, maybe in a year or 2. I think what I don’t feel comfortable with is them driving him back with them. She just totaled her car and my FIL is not in the best physical health. Anyone think I’m wrong? When we visited last time my husband and I stayed with the baby at his cousins and we let them keep the 2 year old for a night. I just don’t feel like 2 is old enough yet for a trip like that. Thoughts?
