Do you still do sports?
I had to vomit for a long time until recently ( I am now week 25) and I stopped doing sports just lying in bed or on the couch most of the time. I lost quite s bit of weight too in my early pregnancy.
I feel very weak now and not as flexible anymore. Tried some very easy pregnancy yoga moves and after 5 minutes I had to stop.
I wonder if it's worth starting easy exercises now or if it would be to exhausting.
