Ovarian Cancer ? 14 years old paranoid

So I’m 14 and I don’t know a lot and this app is new to me so I noticed that when I laugh my lower abdomen hurts like maybe where my ovaries are I don’t know and I’ve had a headache for about a week now but it’s like on and off . I was wondering if it could be ovarian cancer or any type of cancer I’m really paranoid

Second- tell your mom and see a gynecologist. Your body is changing and don’t jump to conclusions until you talk to the doctor.

Sounds like a strained or pulled muscle. I highly doubt it’s related to any kind of cancer. I think you’re just over reacting.

I wonder if it might be constipation? My stomach hurts like that when I’m constipated.

Could be a pulled muscle from something. I’ve had those and it hurts when you laugh, cough... and having a headache could be due to anything.. period coming, stress, change in diet, not enough water. 
You’re fine. But if you really think it’s the case, I wouldn’t be online, I’d be at the hospital ASAP getting checked out.

You could be ovulating or is it close to your period? It’s pretty normal to have little pains(cramps) around that area and a lot of women don’t feel good and get headaches feel sick week leading up to there period or ovulation. But going to a dr couldn’t hurt ☺️

No it’s not cancer. You probably just laughed hard it made your stomach hurt, that’s possible and the headache is probably from dehydration. You’re fine.
