Weird single test

So on this test there was no line then it appeared for a second and went away after that I go to the kitchen (maybe 5 mins) and go to throw it away and the line is back? But I tested again on other test of the same kind and NOTHING? I’m so confused. Pictured is the weird test and the one I took today. The “weird” one was took yesterday around lunch (one with the line)
