What’s your hydrating skincare routine?

I moisturize daily but I always end up with dry patches around my nose, mouth, and cheeks. 
What are the best products to manage dry skin??? Preferably cost effective

definitely try raw shea butter and look into natural handmade soaps bombd aesthetics makes nice ones as does little seed farm

Well I use a hot cloth cleaner everyday, let my skin air dry and then use a cotton pad with toner. Afterwards I use a skin balancing oil, a Hydrating serum which helps lock in moisture and sometimes (rarely) followed by a Moisturiser. Honestly since changing my skin care routine my skin has been glowing.
In the night I use the hot cloth, the toner, Rose hip oil mixed with a light skin peel cream or hydration cream. I don't name any products cos most of them are UK drugstore brands. I just did alot of research before purchasing them.
