IVF STIM DAY 10 help!

Hi!

I’m on Stim day 10- taking Gonal, menopur and cetrotide. My concern is that up until today I was having achy, full feeling ovaries and today when I woke up I don’t. I am being seen tomorrow first thing but I am completely terrifies I ovulated my follicles early and I have none due to no symptoms.

My question is... did your dull achy ovaries stop hurting towards the end of stimulation? I’m supposed to trigger tomorrow! Please let me know your experience!
