I had miscarriages and chemical pregnancies before, so I'm not sure about anything anymore.
I took an ultrasound yesterday (I guess it is 4w 3d) but they didn't see a thing. 
I'm having hCG test everyday, but i don't know if the progression if ok or if the last line is strong enough.

Dont worry about it mama, you are veryyyy early from where they couldn't see anything on ultrasound, idk why they done one that early anyway, but stay calm and dont stress, everything will be okay, baby will show in 6 to 7 week mark. Happy healthy nine months mama!

4 weeks is to early to see anything on ultrasound, it’s usually between 6-8 weeks when they can see anything.  I am also in the same boat, I’m 6 weeks tomorrow had a chemical in April and my ob appointment isn’t until 7/18.  Don’t loose hope I’m praying for a sticky bean for you.

4 weeks is way to early to see anything on a ultrasound besides a sac developing. Around 6-8 weeks is the earliest you can see a baby in there or detect a fetal heartbeat. My last pregnancy I had a ultrasound way too early they were looking for a fetal heartbeat and baby. All we saw was a sac forming they told me I’d have to come back and see if anything’s actually formed in the sac I was only 4-5 weeks. I went back around 7 weeks and everything was there the heartbeat and my little tiny tiny baby growing fine. Relax and have them give you a ultrasound a-little further along.
