When my tests look like this

My blood is less than 2 as or the 24th 😭😭😭 but I've had no bleeding or pain but my ultrasounds look like this and I'm only 5wand 1d

Yesterdays scan

Shouldn't I be worried i mean with my first my blood and urine were never detected either not up until the day of my labor. I really feel worried. Both were transabdom and both 2ere done early because of spotting. One was yesterday today was with the hubbs because he had the day off. The one from today says my pregnancy looks like it "resolving itself". Done by two seperate techs and not my regular tech or doctor.

Update for all the people who told me it wasn't possible I am here to prove you evil people wrong behold my ultrasound from today. Blood is still less than one urine is still negative but here are my pictures at a little after 6 weeks.
