Is my best friend’s boyfriend even into her?

I posted a while back about my best friends boyfriend who didn’t seem like he was into her (never had time, always busy, wouldn’t respond to her texts)

Now recently we had a bad rain storm, and his power went out. She asked him if he wanted to come over her place and he told her no that he had to work early in the morning. Mind you, her place is wayyy closer to his job.

I asked her “so he rather sit at home, alone in the dark, than to see his girlfriend? All she did was laugh!

Is it my place to talk to her about it. Or should I just let her be? She’s been hurt in the past and I don’t think he’s any different than the others. They just hit 7 months of dating
