Worried. Sorry about the long post

I had a chemical pregnancy earlier this year, I had a couple of faint positives and started to bleed about 3 days later. Flash back to now, I got a very faint line yesterday and Friday and then this today (last test, blue dye) which I would still say is faint, But I have been super crampy the last couple of days. Like worse than period pains. My period is due today or tomorrow Is it happening again, did anyone else get very bad cramps in early pregnancy and everything was fine? I am stressing too much
