Nursery?

When did you start planning your nursery? I'm only a little over 7 weeks and have already had my first ultrasound and evergrhjnrbg was good including the heart beat. I didn't plan on buying anything big till at least 13 weeks but we recently found a crib that is on such a good sale we can't past it up and we are buying it tomorrow. So now I'm trying to figure out the nursery and what kind of furniture to get to match it and colors and I feel like this is allll too soon. I don't want a nursery sitting in my spare bedroom while I suffer through another miscarriage... I'm scared.please help.
