Help?

I had my period through the 18th of May through the 23rd of May, I had sex unprotected sex the 3rd and 6th of June and had brown goo-ey discharge 1 week after. I took a pregnancy test that same week at the end of the week and it came out negative. It’s been 3 1/2 weeks since then and I still haven’t gotten my period and I was supposed to get it the week after I took the test or at least 2 weeks and haven’t received it. And I had a vaginal yeast infection last week but now most of it’s gone. I don’t know What’s going on? Help?
