Craving carbs - a problem??
im 29+1 first pregnancy.. So I'm craving carbs and feel so guilty after eating carbs that il cause gestational diabetes and it will go unnoticed and cause harm to my baby as I wont get screened for it as I have no risk factors and started at a normal BMI..
I'm even worrying about having a big bowl of bran flakes which I love !
and fancy some cookies...
Would you be strict with carbs?
How many do you eat a day in grams?
