Dos and Donts after IVF

This might seem like a stupid question, but I'm genuinely curious.

I've just had my embryo transfer on Friday. So I'm 2 dp2dt ... I've researched loads and got a fair few bits of info, but my 2 queries are this-

Yesterday, one day after transfer, I was at my brothers wedding and the heat was unbearable (32 °C - definetly not the norm in UK) in my bridesmaid dress. I was uncomfortable and hot but did everything I could to keep my body temperature as low as possible and stayed out of the sun but the actual venue was not air conned... do you think that I'll be ok? I took it easy and did very minimal dancing... but had to do a bit of a jig with my family.

Secondly, sex during the 2ww... most information is saying dont do anything you would regret if it didn't work. Somewhat vague. In my right side I'm getting what feels like ovulation pains. Now, I'm sure it's not as all my eggs were extracted on Wednesday... so there's that, but also worried sex might do something to mess it up!!

Basically, just after some previous experience and some advice if possible. My clinic have just said be healthy and avoid strenuous activity. I dont regard a bit of dancing strenuous as I didn't get out of breath at all? Sex though?
