Anybody got bad stomach pains ?

8 weeks 3 days and getting some bad stomach pains tonight. so so worried

I get mild cramping about every 2 hours accompanied by back pain.
The past 2 days i have gotten a sharp gas pain then had a small BM. Then was ok after about 5 minutes.
Would make me do deap breathing and rocking. Like damn
