Advice about mom

I’m 18 and I just found out I’m pregnant. I just told my parents and my dad was very calm and just trying to figure out my future but my mom was just screaming at me and very angry about it. I guess I just want some advice how to have a good relationship with my mom throughout my pregnancy and while I’m living here with my baby because I want her to be apart of my and the baby’s life.

I would say give it some time. In the beginning, she could just be angry and in shock. You can’t take those emotions to heart.

Give her some time. She will come around eventually. I just recently found out I’m pregnant. I told my mom but not my dad yet. They will scream and hollar but at the end of the day they’re still ur parents. They love u.

She’ll get over it. She’s just upset because she wants the best for you and wishes she could have done more to ensure you were safe. Once she sees the baby, I bet she’ll be happy he/she is apart of your lives

My mom screamed on me too. Then after two weeks she felt bad and was all involved and loving

Give her a little bit of space so the shock can wear off. Once she can digest it, she might come around and be supportive. Congrats on the little one 🎊
