Ultrasound today.

Im 8+5 today and have an ultrasound in 2 and a half hours. Last ultrasound only showed gestational sac. Im so scared they arent going to find a baby or a heart beat. Arrrgh I hate that so many miscarriages make me feel like this. I should be excited, not petrified....trying to stay positive.
