Cops in a small town

Went to my dads for dinner. Left after nine and get pushed off the road by a city cop driving a large truck. He then proceeds to follows my daughter and I.

He follows me about three miles, running my plate until I hit the highway (which is out of city limits) and illegally turns around and goes back.

At least I could waste his fucking time. Our county officers are great people. City is a different story.
