Weird itchiness

Hey girls!! So every month a week in leading up to my ovulation time, I start to get a really itchy and red vagina I don’t know why as it is not from sex and i don’t think it would be a yeast infection as I have had one before and the itchiness is very different. HELP HELP HELP
