Did this ever happen to you?

So I start the mini pill during the first day of my previous period which was the beginning of June. My period started again today. TMI but when I wipe, I had a blood clot that was different. This one had white specs on it and only can be seen with you eyes and not the camera. Has this ever happened to anyone? And yes I am sexually active with my boyfriend
