So I've been TTC for 8 month now and I have not been on birth control for 5 years after I stopped the depo shot. My periods have always been regular for almost 3 years with a normal 3-day cycle. After my miscarriage is March, my period went awol and became very irregul:4 days late, then 13 days late and then 17 days late. After much thinking, I have decided to stop TTC for a few months and get on the pill. What should I expect from the pill? Would it help my periods come back to normal? And how long after did you conceive after stopping the BC pills? Any input is greatly appreciated. Sorry for the long rant, but I've been thinking about this for a month now.
