Is this normal?

I'm 12 weeks and 3 days pregnant today. I have no sickness or heartburn just the urination like crazy and if I sit down and sneeze it hurts my pelvic ... This is my miracle baby after I miscarried my first about 5wks in August ... I have a baby doppler at home to listen to the heartbeat since I still have nightmares bout the first baby and the doppler let's me know this baby is so healthy and strong and I'm one proud momma ... the numbers on the doppler aren't accurate but it doesnt matter to me as long as I hear the heartbeat ... hopefully soon I'll be able to feel the little tiny kicks I cant wait
