Question about contractions

Another labor vs not question 😂 I've had a lot of these. Worse that symptom spotting before getting a positive test. LOL

So I'm 39 weeks 2 days I'm having this back pain along with pressure in my pelvic area. With also this lightening pain in my pelvic area and hips. It is painful and coming and going. It is not ligthening crotch. Unsure if stomach is tightening because only the front of my stomach is getting hard. I like can feel the lightening sensation radiate to my hips and upper thighs.

Baby is also moving like crazy which as times causes it to be worse. So its confusing me if its him but he has never caused this much pain before.
