Diva cup users... I am on day 2 of my first menstrual cup and it’s going horribly. It’s supposedly in position, the cup is open, I do the plunging method to create a seal. I’m on a heavy period and constantly leaking. What are your experiences??

It took me Awhile to figure it out I’d get so frustrated with it but once I got it it’s easier then a tampon and heavy flow here too and never leaked it’s tmi / gross but if you squeeze it a little and hear / feel bubbles or air it’s in wrong trace your finger around it and hopefully it helps it helped me

I have a very heavy flow on my first couple days and have to dump my cup every couple hours and sometimes still leak. If you have a normally very heavy flow, it could be that. Any other day of my period it works great.

It’s never worked for me 😪 it’s so frustrating, when I insert it it never seems to pop into place properly no matter how many manoeuvres I make. Sometimes I think it’s finally in properly then an hour later I’m leaking and pull it out to find the tiniest bit of blood in the cup 😩😡

I had to find a smaller cup for me. It took a bit of looking around but the Diva cup was not right for me. Ended up going with a completely different brand and size and that was perfect for me from day 1.

I had to go down a size and haven't had an issue yet . However it's day 1 of new size. I did however have the same issue when I first tried using them
