When should I call the doctor about my vomiting? I haven't been able to keep anything down for a day and a half. I've lost close to 4 pounds since my appointment last Monday.

Definitely if you're not keeping down fluids. How much actual food are you throwing up? Sometimes I throw up whole meals but normally it's only a few bites. But if you call they might even put in a prescription before your appt.
