Should I go to the hospital?

Hi! I’m a FTM and 37 weeks and 4 days. I’ve been having a mix of bloody diarrhea and regular diarrhea since Wednesday and lots of lower back pain/ lower pressure that makes me feel like I have to poop. I’m having contractions but they are very irregular and not super painful. I lost my mucus plug and baby dropped a few days ago. I feel like I want to push but all I do is pass gas or have diarrhea, and I don’t want hemorrhoids. But I’m in a bit of pain. Should I call or go to the hospital and get their opinion? I don’t think it’s labor, but something just doesn’t feel right.
