Loosing weight no desire for food!

I'm 13 weeks almost 14 I had an appointment today iv lost 3 lbs since my last appointment. Was told to try n eat more smaller meals/snacks so I always have something in my stomach. My problem is even thinking of food makes me sick. I make myself eat. This happened at the beginning of my second pregnancy but I figured it was cause I craved strawberrys/fruit/veggies and could only hold down water and was chasing a 1.5 yr old. Now there 7&5 so not so much chasing and when I can make myself eat something it's junk I sit with the kids and have dinner with them but I can barley get it down. I also still always feel sick shouldn't  morning sickness have already passed?! Anyone else going threw this or know any little tricks to make eating easier?!
