Help PLEASE

Okay I'm stressing a bit. Okay maybe a lot. Last month I hady period on the 28th of August which it has moved later in the month for the past couple months it ended the first of September. But it's the 29th going into the 30tj and not even a single spot I'm scared I didn't have sex but me and my boyfriend did participate in some sexual activities and I know it can't be pregnant since we've done these things before I'm just scared and idk what to do. Should I take a pregnancy test just incase?
