37 weeks 2 day

I am being induced on the 3rd (my birthday) due to IUGR however woke up this am to loose stools and stomach cramping not contractions I’ve been having those since 26 weeks this feels like almost period like cramping no blood or anything was checked on Friday and was not dilated at all after that the entire weekend when I would go to the bathroom I’d notice what looked to me to be parts of mucus plug don’t know if I’ve started to dilate or what it means but I’m nervous I’ll be in labor for a long time since it’s been 9 years since my last and I wasn’t at all dilated and he’s only 37 weeks :/
