My husband and I have been TTC #1 for 8 months now. His mother is very blunt about wanting grandchildren. She had one (my husbands nephew) but he died at 6 months of sids. He told me she took this very hard. I don't want to tell her we have been trying because I don't want to get her hopes up yet and I don't want to be questioned all the time if we have had any luck yet. We both want kids but not sure why it hasn't happened yet. Plus if she were to keep asking if we have had any luck I feel like it would make me feel worse because I've begun to get discouraged that it hasn't happened yet. Any advice or anyone have a similar situation?
