Try a acne cleanser for your back or an acne soap like yes to tomatoes. Only exfoliate once your acne is gone and have scars left. If you exfoliate when you have whiteheads it will spread bacteria to other parts of your back. Make sure to gently scrub with a loofa and the acne cleanser since you do sweat back there alot
