Sun poisoning?!?

I need help. So, over the weekend the boyfriend and I traveled to Atlantic City for a music festival.. well, I work midnights so I'm not used to actually spending time in the sun anymore and I ended up with BAD sun poisoning. I can barely move it hurts so bad, can barely lay down, my nose and forehead is blistering.. basically I'm in a TON of pain.

How do I get the pain to at least stop? Nothing can touch it without me damn near crying and I go back to work tomorrow. Please help 😩
