Feel terribly sad (not pregnancy related)

My friends got in a car accident. The husband died, he was 25 and she is currently in ICU. It breaks my heart. I can't imagine how she will feel when she hears the news of her husband. I feel horrible. They are my neighbors and church friends. I can't stop crying and the thinking what I would do if I lost my husband. Prayers for their families! I know it's not pregnancy related but I needed to vent.
