Morning sickness

Morning sickness, all day sickness or all night sickness has been kicking my ass this time around!! I went in for our first drs appointment yesterday afternoon and saw our little nugget flapping around measuring at 9w 4days! My dr told me to take 50mg of b6 twice a day and when I take the 2nd dose at night take it with a unisom. I’m hoping that helps- I took it last night and this morning is the best I’ve felt in days! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 I legit feel well rested and everything which is amazing! I managed to eat this morning without getting nauseated which is a first in weeks!
