Witch hazel?

Okay so probably a tmi but I'm not sure where else to ask and get personal opinions. I owe constantly and I think that all the wiping has caused me to become raw and too dry. It's starting to hurt to wipe and I'm bleeding a little when I do. Can I use witch hazel or something? I'm about to the point of going commando. It'll drive me crazy not to wipe but also I hate using baby wipes and stuff like that to clean up. I go to the obgyn tomorrow but god this is killing me yall. My tiny squirrel bladder sucks
