Can I still be pregnant

OK so I suppose to get my period on the 5th of this month, until today I started spotting, then it comes n goes. I don't have any Sevier cramps like I usually do when I have a regular period, so my question is can I be pregnant?

Yes I have done hpt but I keep on getting BFN
