Try not eating at all i did it and everything came out ok even when people do eat i they end up doing it again

I just had mine on Monday. My Drs office gave me a paper for a specific meal to eat before I came in. There's nothing to it really. I was told the drink is equivalent to a soda and a candy bar so it's really sugary and might upset your stomach like it did mine but overall there's nothing to it :)
