has anyone gained weight on a diet? idk whats wrong..

Yes. Everytime.
People always told me I must be eating more calories than I tracked blah blah blah. But I went to doctor and found out I have a disease that doesn't process carbs correctly.
So all those Medifast meals or typical diets didn't work and led to gained weight as it was high carb, low fat.
Since being diagnosed I each about 300 more calories per day: but low carb, high fat and protein. I have lost 15 lbs and haven't started working out yet.

Could be different things. Muscle is more dense more than fat... try to rely more on the mirror and less on the scale. You could also either be eating too much OR too little. Too little calories your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to everything. You don’t want to be eating less than 1400 cals a day generally.

Muscle can weigh more than fat if you’re working out a lot. Also try weighing your food or counting calories! You’d be surprised that you could be over eating your calories instead of being in a deficit! You got this girl don’t give up and keep it going! ♥️♥️
