Growing out of eczema?

My two month old just developed and had eczema confirmed at her check up today. I’m ordering Tubby Todd all over ointment because I heard good things..any other tips? And I was told she could grow out of it. Is that the case with anyone else’s littles? My first didn’t have it or any skin sensitivities but it seems my little one got my sensitive skin while big sister got daddy’s skin

You may go through many creams before finding 'the one' that works for your baby. I tried a bunch of different ones recommended by my daughters drs until I finally found CeraVe which works wonderfully for her. 
100% cotton clothes. That one can really help. 
Check your detergent too. I use a baby detergent and do an extra rinse on all of her clothes.

Our daughters eczema was so bad that at six months her cheeks were raw, open, and oozing. She’s two now and it’s significantly better. We no longer have to use the prescription creams, just occasional over the counter stuff. 
Here’s what I’ve learned regarding eczema:
Don’t give long baths
Water shouldn’t be too warm
Don’t run dry with the towel (pat only)
Put on cream all over body within a few minutes of getting out of the bath 
If one cream doesn’t work, try another. You might end up with a graveyard of failed products, but you’ll find something. 
If it gets very bad, see a pediatric dermatologist. They know much more about it than a regular pedi.

I have eczema on my hands when I was little I had to wear gloves and ointment and it went away but last year around the cold times I got it back like I had it when I was little but i didnt have to wear gloves and ointment it has gone away now
