Fireworks scare the baby?

Is anyone taking their little ones out for 4th of July? My husband wants to go watch the fireworks show in town like we do every year, but I'm worried it will be too loud for my baby's ears. Am I being paranoid? Little guy is 11 weeks old

You can definitely enjoy as long as you have the noise cancelling headphones

We're planning on taking ours. We got noise canceling headphones at cabelas for around $30. They work really well. We used them for the memorial day parade and she didn't even seem to notice.
