1st round of clomid no ovulation

Has anyone that has taken clomid experienced no ovulation during a cycle? I am on day 16 of my cycle (1st round of clomid) and my ovulation tests are getting lighter instead of darker so I’m unsure whether I’m going to ovulate this month. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
