Spotting on the pill 😬😩

Hi ladies,

I’m on the pill called Maexeni 150/30 for 2 months, and I have been brown/pink spotting for 2 days. My bf ejaculated inside every time we had sex. I am very conscious now... Any ideas or suggestions about the situation? Really need someone to ask 🙏🙏 Many thanks xxx
