Though with PCOS and period once in 50 days, i was able to know when i was ovulating exactly due to CM and cramps(also, i would get my period exactly 14 days post ovulation)... Then i started taking birth control pills.. went on for barely 4 months and stopped it.. after this for 5 to 6 months straight i know i did not ovulate though i get my periods once in 40 days now.. TTC and i am doing everything possible to ovulate again!

Heard a lot about Vitex and how it helps to regulate your cycle and ovulate.. any suggestions please? Is there any other way to start ovulating naturally?
