Exhausted
... not being dramatic or anything but I have literally zero energy. Ever. I’ll take a 5 hour energy, or drink coffee and I could fall right to sleep. I sleep a good 8 hours every night and some nights more. I’ve tried having a routine and nothing helps. I work second shift 4:30pm-3am and don’t get home until 4am so I go to bed around 4:30-5am and wake up around noon... I wake up drained like I haven’t slept in weeks and it’s really putting a drain on being productive when I’m not at work. I have no energy or desire to clean, do laundry or do dishes and I feel so bad for my boyfriend because he doesn’t deserve a girlfriend who just lays on the couch all the time. I look and feel lazy but in reality I can’t manage to be active. We have 2 weeks off work and we’re on our 2nd week now and we have a bunch of projects to do for our house and I have no motivation. I’d rather just hire someone. I don’t want to go outside because it’s so hot and I get a headache so easily. Ugh any advice on ways to improve my energy levels??
