I woke up this morning in a panic thinking baby girl wasn’t breathing! I looked into her crib next to the bed and I don’t think I could see her breathing so I picked her up and put her over my shoulder where she instantly woke up.

I think I was half asleep and dreaming - my husband said I seemed half asleep - and I can’t really remember waking etc

It has made me worry a bit as I can’t really remember now what happened!! She is fine, happy etc but I can’t remember if she really wasn’t breathing.

This post sounds a bit bizarre now I’ve read it back but felt like I needed to write something!

Anyone else have these half asleep worries and act on them?!
