Double stroller vs two strollers?

We have a 2 & 4 year old and might be going to Disney later this year. We have a Maclaren stroller that worked well when we were there last, but we definitely needed a second stroller. I’m just wondering if I should buy another single stroller or invest in a double? It was nice that the Maclaren folded up small especially when trying to get on the tram at Disney.

Maybe get a small umbrella stroller for the 4yr old. That way you’re not spending too much on a stroller you might not use that much. And they’re small and fold so they don’t take up much room.

Honestly I would just get a second umbrella stroller. I already have a double (within Disney standards) so I won't buy two separate ones. If I had a single I would just buy another single stroller.

Disney May have double stroller rentals available at the parks?

I plan on renting one from Disney. We actually bought a stroller wagon over a second stroller/double stroller, which is awesome by the way, but since they recently banned them, we'll just rent one.

Two umbrellas. I’ve traveled so much and I only took a double stroller once. It was a big mistake. If you have two adults to push, always take two. So much more convenient

Just a heads up you can no longer bring in big strollers to Disney. They offer a double stroller there but you have to rent it. I would say the only options would be to bring 2 separate small umbrella strollers or rent one from the park.
Totally sucks they changed their policies on strollers because it does make it a tad bit more stressful.

I’d say either a simple umbrella stroller or honestly you can find double strollers for pretty cheap on like FB marketplace. I got one for like $40.

FTM so I can’t really help, but I read that Disney was changing their policies on the allowable width for double strollers, so you may want to check on that!
