I'm 6 weeks pp and I wasn't very good about extra pumping in the beginning to boost up my supply. Is it too late to boost it up now or is it pretty much established where it's at? I feel like the past day or so it has dipped down a little bit and it's starting to worry me

I don't think it's ever too late. It's supply and demand. Your supply is always changing as baby grows and their needs increase. I am 8 weeks pp and gave just started pumping (more so that I can leave her with family).

No pump more or if you don't feed. On demand that will help the more you put out the more your body will make

Never too late but just know around 6 weeks is when your supply is established and your boobs will start losing that full feeling, doesn't mean your supply isn't as much as it was just your body regulating

Milk production is generally established by about 4-6 weeks, but it's supply and demand so if you add a pumping session, add the same time daily and you'll likely see milk production increase over a bit of time.

You can always boost your supply! Just pump or feed more and supply will go up!
