Soooooo, my doctor called with my 1 hour glucose test results and I failed, I don't know what that means other than they have to test furthur. So I have to go back for more testing (3 hour test) on the morning of the 9th 9am in between that time I have to do carb loading meaning eat either 3 candy bars a day for 3 days straight or 6 pieces of bread for three days straight (Saturday Sunday and Monday and then fast from midnight until the appointment on Tuesday. This is the test for gestational diabetes. Is there anything else I should be doing? What does this mean if I fail again?

Update: I passed the the hour test
