What time are your almost 2 year olds going to bed at now?

I would LOVE for him to go to bed somewhere between 7:30 - 8:30. But no matter what, he’s not ready to do bedtime until 9:30. I take him in for bedtime and he falls asleep somewhere between 9:30-10:30. Idk how to change it.

We go in and rock at 7:30-8ish and then lay him down awake. He’ll then roll around for a good 30-45 min until he falls asleep 🤷🏻‍♀️

Story, milk, songs and snuggles then bed by 730-8
Wakes up (when I'm not wokring) at 8.30/9
